Tonucci & Partners, with Neritan Kallfa of Tirana Office, was invited from the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and International Chamber of Commerce Albania to present and discuss the foreign investment legal framework in Albania. The presentation regards the context of approximation of the Albanian foreign investment legislation with EU framework for the screening of foreign direct investment Regulation (EU) 2019/452.
