Alessandro del Ninno has published one of the first comments regarding Data Governance Act (DGA) – 868/2022 EU Regulation.
Conceived as a practical commentary containing also operational F.A.Q., the book deals with new personal and non-personal data European Governance concrete aspects, illustrating all the new rules, obligations, new rights, news and opportunities for operators: starting from new business models implementing brokerage services data – or Data Sharing – to the establishment of mechanisms meant to facilitate the re-usage of certain protected public sector data categories .
The book also analyzes the promotion throughout European Union of the so-called “data altruism” by creating the European Common Data Spaces for sharing and pooling specific sectors data.
