Tonucci & Partners assisted Bella Dispensa, controlled by Zamaz PLC – a company listed on Standard London Stock Exchange – in the acquisition of Ecocarni and Excellence. Bella Dispensa Srl, an important operator in Made in Italy food and wine products e-commerce sector, other than having acquired the entire Ecocarni Srl share capital, a retailer of high quality Italian meat, has also obtained almost 70% of Excellence Srl, luxury food company based at Corso Venezia in Milan.
The deal, being part of the London-based Zamaz PLC strategy of aggregation and established companies development in food and wine excellenc, was advised a team made up of partner Piergiorgio Sposato and senior associate Luca Pietrantuono who took care of all corporate M&A profiles.
