Tonucci & Partners wins a preliminary injunction before Florence Court in protecting “Cerpelli” trademark.
Tonucci & Partners, with partners Fabio Boscariol De Roberto and Danilo Martucci, advised Gruppo Aturia S.p.A., a leading company in water systems pumps sector, with regard to the use of Aturia owned patronymic trademark by a competitor that had implemented it not as company name but as trademark. The Court, upholding the first instance decision, accepted Tonucci & Partners defense argument, inhibiting thus the other party from using the trademark as abovementioned.
