“Law Decree no. 77/2021 and Recovery Plan” was the four hours webinar conducted by Luca Spaziani of Tonucci & Partners as lecturer on June 11, 2021, in cooperation with TELEMAT. The webinar dealt with the relevant key changes in public procurement law introduced by Law Decree no. 77/2021 (so called new “Semplificazioni” Decree) specifically related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) as part of the Next Generation EU Programme.
