Tonucci & Partners, with partners Benedetto Blasi e Cristina Mazzamauro, assisted Rugby Italian Federation in its negotiations with regard to the partnership agreement among Rugby Federations of France, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Italy with Six Nations Rugby and Cvc Capital Partners concerning the acquisition by CVC of 1/7 Six Nations Rugby interest by an investment of 365 million pounds.
