Tonucci & Partners and Lgpa in the acquisition of 8 photovoltaic plants by AIM Vicenza.
Tonucci & Partners, with a team made up of Richard C. Morabito and Stefano Sartori, advised Dimensione Solare, a company operating in renewables, in the sale to Vicenza Municipality owned AIM Vicenza S.p.A. of a pipeline containing eight photovoltaic plants for an overall power of approximately 8,162 MW. The M&A transaction was completed through the acquisition by AIM of the entire share capital of the subsidiaries that own the photovoltaic plants.
