A seminar regarding Benefit Companies took place on May 5th.. Benefit Companies are a new business legal form which, within their corporate purposes, aim at profit targets by implementing a positive impact on society and biosphere. Is this the future that will change the way of doing business in Italy? The topic was discussed by Stefano Zamagni, Professor of Political Economy, Barbara Pontecorvo of Tonucci & Partners and Simona Bernabei, Marketing and Business Development at Volocom.
