Piergiuseppe Venturella of Tonucci & Partners was interviewed on June 7th 2024, during Agorà, a Rai television broadcast, with regard to the examination of some of the main regulatory innovations introduced by the so-called “salva casa” decree, in force as per May 30th 2024.
The measure contains proceedings regarding building and urban planning simplification aimed at providing immediate and concrete feedback to the growing housing need and intends, through several provisions, to ease the sanctions concerning minor interventions, even the modest ones, and to open up the possibility of remedying, at lower costs, other building discrepancies.
