To update APT Servizi Organizational Model as compliant to Legislative Decree. 231/2001, with a team made up of Gianluca Bocchino, Gianluca Mulè and Giulio Zamponi, Tonucci & Partners supported the in-house company of Emilia-Romagna Region in charge of the promotion of regional tourism initiatives at national and international level.
The assistance also implied a total review of the company’s internal protocols, aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance highest standards by strengthening the company’s risk management strategy. Furthermore, the professionals stood also by the company’s staff in its training, paying particular attention to the regulations related to whistleblowing, examining the legislative obligations introduced by Legislative Decree 24/2023 and analyzing whistleblowers rights and protections, the internal procedures for managing the reports and related legal implications.
