Pallone and the associates Jacopo Fronticelli Baldelli and Filiberto Zavarese, jointly with Clarizia, Morelli and Presutti Law Firms, assisted Infront before the Council of State in the framework of TV rights litigation, which ended with the final rejection of the appeal lodged by AGCM against the judgment of the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio, which had annulled the AGCM measure with which the latter had sanctioned Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A, Sky, RTI/Mediaset and Infront for having put in place an alleged competition – restricting agreement with reference to the TV rights for Italy of Serie A Championship for 2015/2018 seasons.
