Tonucci & Partners with partners Quirino Mancini, Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani and associates Giuseppe De Gregorio and Maria Letizia Mancini, obtained by the central administrative court (TAR Lazio) a stay order (Order no. 7196/2020) granted against the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) communication whereby ADM had notified Sportpesa about the alleged expiry of its gaming licence.
