Puglia Administrative Court has sentenced Local Health Authority (ASL) for serious negligent behavior and has ruled the monetary damages refund of Mrs. Maria Ferri, illegally excluded from the medical assistant waiting list, denying her the possibility to undertake the career as medical doctor director. The Court quantified the damages in more then 1,9 milions of euro and required to the Local Health Authority to make a proposal within 90 days.
