Roma S.p.A. in the Rights Issue transaction aimed at strengthening the capital structure and financial position of the company. The Rights Issue, fixed in the final amount by the Board of Directors up to Euro 115 million, based on the proxy granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 26 October 2017, has been completed with the subscription of No. 231 million newly issued shares, for an overall consideration of Euro 100,15 million.
