Tonucci & Partners with Pedon SPA in the acquisition of the convenience food-specialized German company.
Padua office partners Carlo Scarpa and Ivan Rigatti advised the acquisition of the German company Rickmers Reismühle GmbH by Vicenza-based company Pedon Spa. Specialized in food products made with cereals and vegetables, Pedon confirmed its international spin by acquiring the convenience food branch that produces ready meals based on rice and cereals from Bremen-based company.
The deal guaranteed the integration of 33 employees who worked in the German plant.
