Tonucci & Partners assisted Bludis Srl in the sale of the entire share capital to Esprinet Spa. Bludis, a Rome based company of 12.9 million turnover, is specialized in software solutions regarding communication, cybersecurity, IT management and operates mainly with innovative and emerging vendors. Bludis, with operational headquarters in Rome, will remain separate legal entity within Esprinet, a Southern Europe leading group in consulting, sale and rental of technological products and IT security.
Tonucci & Partners handled the legal aspects of the contract revision on behalf of Bludis with a team made up of partner Richard Morabito and counsel Cecilia Mambrini.
