Tonucci & Partners successfully assisted Prisecco against Prosecco.
Carlo Scarpa, Ettore Salce e Maria Gioffrè of Tonucci & Partners advised Manufaktur Jörg Geiger Gmbh, Prisecco brand owner German company, against the restraining order of Prosecco protecting Consortium concerning the brand usage limits which was rejected by Milan Court due to lack of jurisdiction. The Consortium has forwarded complaint by claiming the decision.
