Tonucci & Partners, with Partners Pietro Rossi and Giorgio Alù Saffi, has renegotiated 12 credit facilities granted to the “Azienda Regionale delle Attività Produttive dell’Abruzzo” by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. and the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. With this purpose, the parties have undersigned a debt settlement agreement, guaranteed by a mortgage with a lower interest rate and the postponement in one of the original reimbursement dates.
