Richard C. Morabito and Massimiliano Troiani of Tonucci & Partners , together with  Stefano Sartori and Giulio Cerquozzi, advised Dimar Group in the reverse merger by incorporation, according to which Bottega Pieffe S.r.l., Cover S.r.l., Dimar S.r.l. and I.P.V. S.r.l. have been merged by incorporation into Dimar Group. Once completed the merger, Dimar Group has been transformed in a joint stock company. As a consequence of this deal, Dimar Group has consolidated its leadership in the Italian leather manufacture market, with a turnover of roughly Euro 30 million, two production centers (respectively in  Valentano (VT) and Campli (TE)) and more than 300 employees, plus another approximately 300 employees taking into consideration the satellite enterprises. The deal confirms the attention of Tonucci & Partners to support the development of small / medium-sized enterprises in the process of their growth and internationalization.
