The agreement between Police Officials National Association (ANFP) and Tonucci & Partners was officially signed, giving rise to a strategic collaboration which will guarantee overall legal and professional support to State Police Managers and Public Security Authorities. The agreement, signed by Gianluca Bocchino, Cristina Mazzamauro and Piergiuseppe Venturella on behalf of Tonucci & Partners, and by ANFP National President and Secretary, Emanuele Ricifari and Enzo Marco Letizia, represents a real commitment to supporting the needs of protection, growth and valorization of managers in the civil and institutional context.
This collaboration is being developed at a crucial moment, concurrently with the imminent launch of the independent negotiation regarding State Police Managers, a step that requires a new and qualified approach to strengthen Police Managers role and mission. The agreement with Tonucci & Partners meets this need, offering total assistance that covers both judicial and extrajudicial aspects, as well as strategic support concerning the promotion of managers’ institutional and social role. The Firm will provide its consolidated skills available to address legal, tax and disciplinary issues, by supporting managers in administrative, civil and criminal disputes and promoting training and research courses for the development of their expertise.
