Tonucci & Partners advised the sale of U.S. Lecce Calcio S.p.A majority shareholder shares confirming, thus, its expertise and leadership in Sports Law with a keen eye on football in particular. The signing of the contracts provides for the conclusion of the Closing on July 1st 2022.
