Tonucci & Partners has advised Abramo Printing & Logistics S.p.A. (a company belonging to Abramo Group, a major domestic operator in the business of the press and packaging of editorial and commercial products) within two different going concern transactions of lease and subsequent transfer of the business lines “Rotary presses” and “Mass Printing” in favour of, respectively, ACM Printing S.r.l. and Komunika S.r.l.
