Tonucci & Partners in the put option and warrants agreement of Netweek S.p.A.
Tonucci & Partners assisted D.Holding S.r.l. and Netweek S.p.A. in the subscription of a put option and warrants agreement with the alternative investment fund LDA Capital Limited which provides the issuance by Netweek of unlisted put options granting LDA Capital Limited with the right to subscribe newly issued Netweek’s shares for a maximum of Euro 2.0 million and the issuance of warrants in favoUr of LDA Capital Limited for a maximum number of 7 million.
