Tonucci & Partners in Spefin Group cross-border merger.
Tonucci & Partners assisted Spefin Financial Group in the cross-border merger between the Italian company Spefin Finanziaria S.p.A and Albania resident Edotta SHPK. It is the first case of cross-border merger between Italy and Albania and among the first international merger cases.
