Tonucci & Partners assisted the transaction regarding the incorporation of GM24 Srl and Media Group Srl into Netweek Spa, a leading company in the publishing industry listed on the Italian Stock Exchange electronic market, publishing over fifty online newspapers. In order to create a leading operator in the multichannel publishing market, Netweek Spa will incorporate the companies belonging to Sciscione GM24 Group, a teleshopping channel originating from the historic HSE24 brand, and Media Group, a production and management company dealing with advertising sales.
