Tonucci & Partners, with partners Benedetto Blasi e Cristina Mazzamauro, advised the Italian Rugby Union (FIR) during an intricated transaction with the Irish company Celtic Rugby DAC, owner of Guinness PRO 14 Rugby Tournament,  and CVC Capital Parters VII.
