On July 24 the Feasibility study for the new facility, which will be ready in 2023, was filed at the Municipality of Venice.
Tonucci & Partners, with a multi-practice team headed by Alessandro Vasta (in photo), Gianluca Cambareri, Alberto Fantini, Francesco Angelini e Carmine Bruno assisted Venezia F.C. in drafting the Feasability study filed at the Municipality of Venezia, pursuant to law n. 147/2013 (the so called “Stadium law”).
The project, currently being discussed by the Municipality and to be subsequently examined by Veneto Region, relates to a real estate investment amounting to 185 million Euro and aims at the construction of a Football arena, UEFA 4 category, capable of 18,000 seats (expandable to 25,000) and Club themed museum, a 150 rooms 4-star Hotel and a 36,000-square-meter Retail Park with entertainment areas and restaurants.
The administrative process leading to the opening of the new facility in august 2023 has therefore officially kicked off.
