PRESS RELEASE – Tonucci & Partners team, made up of Giuseppe Santarelli and Giunio Tonucci, supported by Eleonora Ieradi and Andrea Baratta, advised Edoardo Stanchi – founder and majority shareholder of Gruppo Stanchi, a company operating within the field of national and international real estate sector – in the transaction concerning the transformation to a limited liability company of the historical women’s basketball association Athena Basket, currently playing, with the first team, the Italian Serie A2 basketball championship. Within the transaction, Athena Basket has also resolved a capital increase which has allowed the acquisition by Edoardo Stanchi of 65% of the Athena share capital and voting rights, with consequent strengthening of the capital structure and financial position of the company.
