Tonucci & Partners, with Gianluca Cambareri and Hélène Thibault, advised AS Roma S.p.A. in the definition of the agreements regarding the implementation in the licensing merchandising area of the partnership with the Tokidoki brand. In addition to the agreements, the Firm was responsible for the preparation and negotiation of agreements with leading licensees, in Italy and abroad. The partnership between the Club and the famous lifestyle brand is a wide-ranging project, which includes – in addition to the complete restyling of the Club’s mascot and the creation of co-branded products – collaboration in the audiovisual, publishing and digital fields.
