Tonucci & Partners assisted Maggioli Spa in its victory regarding the dispute against Castellammare Municipality.
Tonucci & Partners assisted Maggioli Spa in the dispute before the Council of State which overturned a previous ruling by Campania Tar. Following Tar ruling in favor of Castellammare di Stabia Municipality, Maggioli Spa, assisted by a Tonucci & Partners team, consisting of Piergiuseppe Venturella and Francesco Verrastro, appeared to the Council of State which, by sentence no. 2800/2022, accepted the appeal highlighting that Castellammare Municipality cannot go so far as to unreasonably define as serious professional offense an occurrence for which the contractor has promptly taken measures to ensure the correct execution, preventing thus any harm to the Municipality.
