Tonucci & Partners  assisted Infordata S.p.A. and Infotrade S.r.l. in the deal concerning the selling of the shares of ITH S.p.A., holding company controlling Sesa S.p.A. which deals with IT services and solutions in B2B market and which is listed in the “STAR” segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. The transaction was executed in part directly through buyback by ITH S.p.A. and in part by the sale of the company’s shares to the investment e merchant Bank Tamburi Investment Partner S.p.A..
