Tonucci & Partners assisted SIT Management in the sale of Pronto Pacco, one of the major Italian shipping networks, to GLS Italy, the leading express courier in Italy. The deal will provide GLS with over 6,000 businesses qualified and authorized for collection and delivery, helping to develop the company’s positioning increase and the quality of the offered service.
