Tonucci & Partners, with a team lead by Piergiorgio Sposato and Francesco Bianchi, assisted IWEP LTD, a company incorporated under England and Wales Law, in the execution of a management buy-out and leveraged buy-out relating 42% of the corporate capital of The AvantGarde Group SpA holding of Supply@ME Capital PLC, a company listed on London Stock Exchange which operates in Fintech and InsurTech market providing inventory monetisation services for company’s working capital. The transaction’s overall value amounts to about Euro 91 million.
