The third edition of North East cluster, set up by Assocontroller and due to take place at Padua Sheraton hotel on Thursday September 19th 2024, from 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm. aims at providing useful transversal professional knowledge both to freelancers and company employees as well.
Silvia Sardena of Tonucci & Partners will attend the event as a speaker discussing the topic “Appropriate organizational structures: criminal and civil issues. Which are the possible consequences regarding administrators and the Supervisor?” analyzing, with this speech, the companies’ organisational, administrative and accounting structures as well as the legal implications, both criminal and civil, related to the failing implementation or the inadequacy of such structures and the responsibilities that can weigh on directors and controllers in case of business crisis.
Assocontroller clusters were founded as territorial aggregations to encourage meetings, interaction and professional sharing among members as well as to spot and monitor requirements concerning Supervisor’s role.
