The relationship between parents and minor children in the perspective of data protection rules.

In this article published on the legal review “Dimostrare”, Alessandro Del Ninno of Tonucci & Partners has closely analyzed the relationship between parents and minor children in the particular perspective of data protection rules, focusing the analysis on the following aspects: the role and protection of minors in the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016, which limits regard the minors’ autonomy within the system of General Data Protection Regulation, the relationship between parental responsibility holder and 14 years old minor in the perspective of the digital consent provision, what happens to the parental consent when the infra-fourteen-year-old reaches the legal age to autonomously consent to his/her data processing.
