Few months after Techlaw event regarding “Artificial Intelligence & the Big Data” organized by Tonucci & Partners in Rome, many professionals representing the 28 international firm, members of the network (www.techlaw.org), together with important representatives of the legal and business sector, met at Techlaw Fall Meeting in Buenos Aires from October 26th to 28th.
The discussion involved the challenges driven in this context by the necessity to find financing for development projects for companies of a high “technological spin”, as well as the risks related to disputes that may derive from the design and marketing of innovative digital products and services, in particular when based on Artificial Intelligence technologies, but also the investment opportunities in companies, being them StartUp or not, which have founded their growth in research and development regarding digital, ICT products and services connected to new technologies.
Tonucci & Partners was represented at the conference by partner Alessandro Vasta, expert in new technologies and privacy law, who spoke during the panel concerning investment opportunities and strategies in companies in ICT sector.
