Cristina Mazzamauro and Daria Capotorto of Tonucci & Partners attended “Start We Up”, the event promoted by Confimi Industria Women Group, on the occasion of the presentation of European Manifesto for Female Entrepreneurship.
“The definition of a female entrepreneurship manifesto shared at European level is not only a target of a community and of a network, but it constitutes a starting point useful to define a legislative system and good practices which consider women’s businesses in a structural and globalized manner by way of supporting measures” commented Cristina Mazzamauro. She pointed out that “the issue is fundamental, there does not still exist an only single definition of women’s enterprise valid for all member states despite the measures aiming to reduce gender gap by promoting women presence in companies even with the recent gender equality certification system. This manifesto tends to fill up that legislative gap and to define common parameters and identify support measures. An essential step for a harmonious growth of female entrepreneurship at European level”.
