Tonucci & Partners will attend Parthenope Naples University conference “Sport and GDPR: application of privacy legislation in sports”, due to take place on November 24th . The meeting, organized by Urbano Consulting Group and Parthenope Naples University and under the auspices of ASSODPO, will be useful in terms of analysis and exploration of the main and current issues regarding personal data protection in sports, in a context of challenges deriving from technological innovation and evolution of relations with public and federal bodies.
Partner Alessandro Vasta, expert in privacy and new technology law as well as coordinator at the Artificial Intelligence group of ASSODPO scientific committee, will speak with regard to “The role of privacy concerning sports clubs in the digitalization era”.
