“Public Procurement: an overview on current regulations in light of the so called Law Decree “Semplificazioni” as converted into Law no. 120/2020”, which was conducted as lecturer by Luca Spaziani of Tonucci & Partners, on April 28th 2021, in cooperation with TELEMAT. The webinar focused on public procurement law provisions of the so called Law Decree “Semplificazioni” as amended and converted into Law, aimed at the recovery from the Covid-19 emergency impact. The webinar also addressed the prospects for amendments in public procurement law specifically related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) as part of the Next Generation EU Programme, presented to Italian Parliament on April 25th, 2021.
