EXPERTISE

He has extensive experience in corporate transactional engagements, having advised in several private M&A deals and public listed company work both in Italy and abroad (UE Countries, USA and East Europe), for domestic and foreign clients, including governmental bodies.
He has been member and coordinator of the team of advisors for the Italian Treasury Ministry (today Ministry of Economy and Finance) and IRI with reference to the privatization process of STET, Mediocredito Centrale and COFIRI.
He has served as a member of a number of committees and sub-committees established by public and private associations relating to commercial law.
He is also an active member of the Firm’s Labor Group. He provides expert advisory at all stages of legislative development process.
He has represented in significant litigation proceedings before courts and arbitrations.
He speaks regularly on commercial, labour and civil matters and regulatory issues.
He is passionate for sports and provides legal support for many sporting associations and federations.
