He has been working at Tonucci & Partners since 2022.
He has solid experience in litigation, mediation and arbitration, corporate insolvency, tax law and third sector.
He has been co-founder and partner of his Law and Tax Firm since 1994.
He provides legal advice to P.M.I. and leading companies on extraordinary corporate transactions and restructuring, also on behalf and in the interest of leading financial operators.
He is bankruptcy trustee, inheritance trustee, support administrator and liquidator of cooperatives companies in L.C.A.
He was a member of the municipal building committee.
He is a member of S.I.S.CO. (Società Italiana di Studi Concorsuali) and of A.I.D.U. (Associazione Italiana di Diritto Urbanistico).
He was a member of Supervisory Board in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He provides legal advice on some credit securitization transactions.
He was a speaker at the Master’s Degree of Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan and at the SDA of Bocconi University of Milan on corporate and insolvency matters.
