He joined the Firm since 2017, as Partner.
Previously, he was active as a lawyer in major Italian Firms as well as in International Firms.
He has been appointed as General Counsel of primary Italian Banks.
He is member of the Surveillance Committee ex D.Lgs 231/2001 in listed companies and he is also a member of the Board of Directors of a charitable Foundation.
He has been appointed by the Central Bank of Italy as a member of the Surveillance Committee in the extraordinary administration and winding up procedures of banks and other financial institutions.
He is a member of the Arbitrators’ panel for the adjudication of disputes between banks and customers.
He is author of several publications in financial and banking matters and he is also a university professor in this field.
