PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has been working with the Firm since 2025.
Previously, he worked at several leading law firms. He has solid experience in structured finance transactions, with a focus on listed and unlisted bond issues and securitisations relating to various asset classes, financing transactions, disposals of portfolios of Italian performing loans, UTPs and NPLs, as well as investments in UTPs and NPLs through closed-end alternative investment funds.
He provides ongoing assistance to banks, funds and corporate clients in securitisation transactions – including private, real estate and synthetic securitisations – and in transactions involving trade receivables.
He also deals with the structuring of derivative transactions, both for hedging purposes and and more structured (share forward, equity swap transaction, repurchase agreement, etc.), throughout the negotiation of contractual models of domestic practice (Italian law framework agreement) and international practice (ISDA and ICMA).
He mainly advises banking and financial investors (both Italian and foreign), borrowers, originators, arrangers and sponsors, rating agencies, securitisation vehicles, servicers, and insolvency proceedings.
He is a speaker at national and international conferences on structured finance. He is author of articles in law journals and commentaries for Italian and foreign manuals.
