Provides assistance and consultancy for business compliance according to corporate liability legislation (Legislative Decree 231/2001) drafting Corporate Governance models and Ethic Codes within different business sectors. Chairman/Member of Companies’ Corporate Governance Bodies according to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (ICT, GDO, real estate, sport). Provides legal training courses at renowned Educational Institutes. Provides assistance to Italian and International companies regarding TMT issues (e-commerce, websites, etc.). Within his competence areas, he is speaker in conferences, workshops, seminars, in Italy and abroad, organized by Industrial Associations, Business School (Fondazione CUOA), in particular regarding data protection and Corporate Governance ex D.Lgs. 231/2001.
