Andrea Marchetti

He has been working at the Firm since 2010 and since 2012 is Partner.
He has previously worked in Italy and abroad for renowned international law firms and financial intermediaries.
He has assisted public officers of insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy, arrangements with creditors, extraordinary administration). He cooperates with private entities and universities for education on Corporate and M&A matters, finance and capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, and has an extensive real estate practice.
