Cristina Mazzamauro of Tonucci & Partners was interviewed by Radio 24 in the new chapter of “No one is perfect”, a column dedicated to the “uncommon” clichés concerning the female universe, edited by journalist Maria Latella.
Cristina Mazzamauro recalled the switch on of D-Desk, set up on March 8th 2022, as a free initial advisory desk meant for female businesses.
In a working context redesigned by the pandemic which has led to a massive exit of women from the job market and, at the same time, to an increase of small-medium female business, many young and very young women who have launched innovative start-ups have requested support for a company establishment, asking assistance to the D-Desk as far as the first steps in the entrepreneurial world are concerned.
On this occasion, Cristina Mazzamauro pointed out the participation of Tonucci & Partners in “Start We Up”, the new female entrepreneurship manifesto at European level, which aims at promoting a legislative proposal that defines the parameters and indicators for a single updated definition of the female enterprise, in order to facilitate the enterprise diffusion at a European level in terms of consistency and uniformity from a regulatory point of view.
