The online seminar “New NIS2 Regulation regarding cybersecurity: obligations, responsibilities and sanctions companies might face” organized by Vega Formazione will take place on Thursday, April 10th 2025, at 3:00 pm, and will delve into the new measures introduced by EU Regulation 2022/2555 (NIS2), as implemented via Legislative Decree 138/2024, aiming to ensure a high common level of cybersecurity in EU.
Alessandro Vasta of Tonucci & Partners will attend the seminar as a speaker analyzing issues related to the entities obliged to the implementation, the fundamental obligations to manage cyber risk and the sanctions companies might face if not complying with the new rules. The seminar is the first of a series of meetings meant to explore topics regarding cybersecurity and EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence.
