Contribution by Alberto Fantini and Luca Spaziani of Tonucci & Partners on Requadro with the article ”The so called ‘Decreto rilancio’ and possible review of concessions for public sports facilities”. The authors analyze the recent provisions of Legislative Decree no. 34/2020 which, among other, have provided the possibility for concessionaires of public sports facilities to request, when certain conditions are met, the revision of the concessionary relationship by restating the conditions of economic and financial equilibrium. The article also provides an overview of the measures already in place for the world of sport for the support of sport facilities, with the aim of identifying sports and their induced activities as an important driving force for post-emergency Covid – 19 recovery.
