META – SIAE, how the conflict regarding music on social media might end.

The investigation launched by AGCM on April 5th was commented on Panorama by Giorgio Alù Saffi, Partner of Tonucci & Partners and antitrust expert. This investigation supposes an abuse of economic dependence by Mark Zukerberg’s company which owns Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp platforms, in relation to the negotiation of music rights license with SIAE.
