Massimo Cellino acquitted by tax offence indictment before the Court of Brescia.
The case against Brescia Calcio President, Massimo Cellino, was dismissed by Brescia Court – Judge of the preliminary hearing, Giulia Costantino – for the indictment regarding alleged Eleonora Sport foreign investment, a company established in England on 2014 for purchasing Leeds United football club. After selling Leeds United and acquiring Brescia Calcio on 2017, although remaining an English company in all respects, Eleonora Sport did not make any tax evasion.
Since the investigations and precautionary seazures – later canceled – Massimo Cellino has been assisted by Giorgio Altieri and Ida Blasi of Tonucci & Partners and by Prof. Astolfo Di Amato.
